The Right of Woman

(Woman & Health)

The National Plan for Breast Cancer Combating

The vision: - the plan aims to preserve Iraqi citizen especially female- who is more vulnerable to infect by this disease. This can be done by increasing health awareness and skills for cases' early detection and knowing the methods of protection and treatment for the diagnosed cases.

The direct goal: - disseminating health awareness of the effects and early detection of breast cancer to limit its bad results.

Time:- ( for achieving the direct goal):- year and a half . Provided to submit monthly and annual reports to monitoring the achievement of direct goals .

Justifications: - the widespread environmental pollution, randomly waste disposal, polluted air and water,  pollution which was caused by the wars and explosions in Iraq, the lack of international campaigns to investigate war's risks and chemical stockpiling of war industries in Iraq, which were looted and spread without monitoring causing environmental and health risks without concrete health, national and international policies. the entrance of polluted food, bad security situation that affected on Iraqi citizens in general and woman in particular and bad cultural, economical status that didn't give an enough chance to women to choose balanced healthy food, all these factors had contributed in raising the rate of infection by cancer especially breast cancer that widespread in female in early ages 13 years and up.

The unawareness of the first signs of breast cancer's symptoms lead to enlarge the problem thus because If the early detection of breast cancer was neglected, this would led to eradicate the breast and this followed by horrible healthy, social and psychological effects on the woman and family such as depriving from living in normal life (divorce & spinsterhood) unless this will lead the patient to death. While the early detection will relief the patient from the breast eradication and its harass results that mentioned above.
